Years ago when Ratehawk was offering… Years ago when Ratehawk was offering their platform we were skeptycal as we were very satisfied with other providers but after another travel agency showed me all the advantages of the platform I agreed to give it a try. Never regreted that decision and now we use Ratehawk almost exclusively. Booking engine is super easy to use and compared to other platforms there are so many different and very useful filters + pre-checking is done in hotels in order to avoid any problems at the arrival of the clients. Very few issues we ever had has been handled quickly by the support team or account manager who always does her best to get everything sorted asap. We definitely recommend Ratehawk as a B2B partner.

Client stuck in resort and ratehawk not… Client stuck in resort and ratehawk not wanting to take ownership of the mess! They have not paid the hotel on resort therefore the clients have had to pay £5000 just to leave the island to make their flight home as a gesture of goodwill. After numerous emails and messages they just come back Saying they are working on it as a generic response! Terrible service and systems as always errors! Money is held by this company and not willing to pay it over ! Clients in nightmare situation. Disgraceful

During our first booking with your company, our customer encountered a medical emergency, and we promptly provided all the necessary documentation for a refund. However, despite our efforts, the refund process has been incredibly slow and inefficient. It is evident that your company lacks a strong customer service system, which has only added to our frustration. Based on this negative experience, I cannot recommend working with your company. The lack of professionalism and poor management we have encountered is unacceptable. It is disheartening to see such a low level of service, which reflects poorly on your company's reputation.
