GBI will use Superior Cruise and Travel…for every vacation! I will use Superior Cruise and Travel for all my vacations. They went above and beyond my expectations. Took my daughter to New York for graduations present. Superior Cruise and Travel gave me step-by-step instructions on what to do during travel, set me up for things I didn't know I would need in New York (like hop-on-hop-off pass), they promptly answered ever question I had.

GBSuperior travel booked a group trip… Superior travel booked a group trip down the Rhine River for this past September. The trip was cancelled due to Covid. They have not refunded the groups money with some of our friends receiving no refund while others receiving 50%. Do not use these guys as there is a lawsuit pending and probably another coming to collect.

GBWe have used Superior Cruise and Travel… We have used Superior Cruise and Travel for years and they have provided us with the best vacations and service. We had two minor issues on two different trips and Fred took care of it within minutes. We like to travel all over in Europe and the UK and have recommended Superiorvto several other friends and associates. GBBooked a trip before covid was told I… Booked a trip before covid was told I would be receiving a refund after being told they can no longer issue a refund I booked a weekend trip to Florida using a 2500 credit. A car rental shockingly was over the limit for the credit. Submitted my credit card info for the balance was charged three times one being the correct amount and two other charges I’m now having to dispute. Will never use this agency again! Horrible experience! I come to find the charge was actually from bedsonline for a hotel an additional 220$ to my card which should have came off through my large credit. Super frustrating!

GBI absolutely love Erica B! I absolutely love Erica, Superior Travel services. I used them (a travel agency) for the very first time in 2015 and she did a superb job with handling our accommodations. I misplaced her contact email and searched and searched (about 2 months) until I found it. Once I did and emailed Erica, she remembered me. Talk about "personalized" service. Granted the company had the historical data but her warm and caring demeanor reminded me of why I was searching for her email.
