GBI just got back from my family vacation… I just got back from my family vacation to France and couldn't be more happy (and relaxed)! We used Superior Cruise & Travel from the recommendation of a friend and had a great experience. Our agent was able to help us decide where to go and what to do based on our interests. This was our first time and didn't really know where to go. In a span of ten days we were able to visit and stay in Paris, Nice, Marseille and Normandy! Our flight actually got delayed 8 hours but with the help of our Travel Agent, we were able to extend our trip on the end to make up for inevitably lost time. I'm so happy we used this company to book our best family vacation yet. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

GB$400.00 mistake. $400.00 mistake. Paid for insurance, and had to cancel due to unexpected surgery, but lost an additional $400.00 on top of insurance cost due to SC&T error. They forgot to cancel the private transport they arranged from the airport... this should not be the customers problem considering that is what the $500.00 non refundable trip insurace was for... now I'm out $900.00. Bad business to hold on to a customer's funds and tell them they'll try to reimburse them on their next vacation...

GBnothing was as promised We had planned our Hawaiian vacation for over a year. When our original agent left, we were never really given another agent to work with. Our attempts to contact someone about travel details the week before our trip was difficult. When we arrived at the hotel, first we were told that one if our 3 rooms were cancelled. Then we did not get a room with a king bed, as was what the agent said we would get. Then we were informed that our package(at this hotel and the next) diss not include daily breakfast as was originally promised. The owner of the company called us at 3:00am on our vacation to tell us we can try to charge our breakfast to the room and see what happens 😕. We would not recommend this agency to anyone.

GBWorst customer service-possible suing Worst customer service. Book a trip in 2020, then covid took the world by storm. Was forced to move it to 2021. Had to take a different job and lost all vacation time had with previous company. Then moved it but they already took more money out so we couldn’t take the exact trip. Then had to change jobs again and my wife lost her job. Was told sorry and we ended up loosing 5,000 dollars and no refund was given. Worst customer service and thinking of suing. Glad you can reply with emails. I’m short I don’t care about policies or what was said. In reality you took over 4,000 and didn’t return a dime.
