IEBAD DO NOT FALL you choose a date for today 3-4 and it change in the final email to 6-7, nobody to talk, no reservation at hotel but the money ..uf they dont return it. BAD BAD DO NOT TAKE THIS OFFER if you are not from here and you cant call. i have to book with a trustfull one

GBThey change the price when you try to pay I tried to book with quoted price and it took me all the way through to tell me it wasn't available, reloaded and the same room was £40 more. I still booked as it's the hotel I want but frustrating that you quote inaccurate prices to hook people in and then change the price when they try to pay, I feel this is false advertising.

GBI have had a good experience with…booking and cancelation with immediate refund. I have had a good experience with Traveluro. But not with Splitty - last year the hotels we booked at in Bodrum and Istanbul didn't have our reservation.

(meant to post here, original review is on the page for their sister site splittytravel.com) Absolutely abysmal customer service. Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back. DO NOT USE

CAI want to write a short feedback for… I want to write a short feedback for the hotel agency Traveluro, and the agency's representative Jane. My flight was canceled, and even though there was a no-refund policy after cancellation, Jane assured me multiple times that she would do her best. After several months, I received my refund. I am infinitely grateful to Jane and also to the Traveluro agency for being loyal to their customers. Please also add some compliments for them
