They are not crooks! They are not crooks! Having read some of the grumbles on here, I'd wondered if I'd made a big mistake - especially when the confirmation came through without a confirmation number. I sent an email and called them and managed to find that hotel confirmation numbers are only issued by the hotels in question a few days later - so the form should have said "TBC" or something like that. The customer support seemed pretty good to me, and they did personally notify me of the real HCN. Having said that, the hotel didn't recognise the confirmation number. What they were eventually able to do was confirm that there was a reservation matching my name and dates (although previously had declined to do so on the basis of GDPR restrictions). It's easy to be skeptical these days, and there can be good cause to, but this company seems like a genuine legitimate operation to me.

They change the price when you try to pay I tried to book with quoted price and it took me all the way through to tell me it wasn't available, reloaded and the same room was £40 more. I still booked as it's the hotel I want but frustrating that you quote inaccurate prices to hook people in and then change the price when they try to pay, I feel this is false advertising.

This company is a scam This company is a scam, they take your money and issue a confirmation number without actually confirming with the hotel. Customer care is worst and when you follow-up with them they will give you alternate options choose or cancel. You will end-up wasting time in follow-up and I am not sure I get the money back or not. Scanners AVOID.

I was hurt in an accident today I was hurt in an accident today, and while I knew that my trip to WV was nonrefundable, I took a chance and called to see if I could get my stay refunded. Nikko was wonderful and took my information. He then called me about a half hour later to tell me that my stay was canceled and refunded. What great service. I will definitely use you again.
