This company is a scam This company is a scam, they take your money and issue a confirmation number without actually confirming with the hotel. Customer care is worst and when you follow-up with them they will give you alternate options choose or cancel. You will end-up wasting time in follow-up and I am not sure I get the money back or not. Scanners AVOID.

I want to write a short feedback for… I want to write a short feedback for the hotel agency Traveluro, and the agency's representative Jane. My flight was canceled, and even though there was a no-refund policy after cancellation, Jane assured me multiple times that she would do her best. After several months, I received my refund. I am infinitely grateful to Jane and also to the Traveluro agency for being loyal to their customers. Please also add some compliments for them

Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back.
