GBAlena ALWAYS goes the extra mile for… Alena ALWAYS goes the extra mile for us. She stays late to get reservations. Endless calls to clarify details. Doesn’t complain about cancellations, there have been a lot of those recently. She’s a true professional and knows the cruise business. Lots of good inside information and tips, things I just can’t find online. Would not begin to consider anyone else.

CAPoor management follow-up When we booked our cruise everything went well and we had a great agent, but she left the company and management did not assign another agent. we were bounced around to different agents and my poor hearing and language accents caused us no end of frustration. We had to repeat all our info for each person we talked to and then be transfered to the next person to repeat it all again. We talked to Monserrat, Sakina, Aisa, who finally got everything worked out for us.

GBI sent a request for a cruise quote for… I sent a request for a cruise quote for 4 people in 2 cabins with specific instructions in the notes not to call me. So they called me. Apparently they don’t read the notes with instructions. Why even have the box if you’re not going to g to read it? So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. Apparently they didn’t read the notes either. They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.

CAFirst experience with Icruise and would recommend First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever. I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady. I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. Yes, I was upset. But Mary Esquinola was so kind and helpful, she transferred me to customer service immediately and did a follow up the next day. I then called Mary Doucet and spoke my mind. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor. Once I calmed down and listened, I came to realize that I had misunderstood the offer that was proposed to me But Migee fixed everything and I hung up one very happy person. I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.
