OMMONEY not REFUNDED Worst customer support. I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for. The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens. Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK

PTWorst travel service I ever met or… Worst travel service I ever met or used. Also they use schemes to charge additional fees on the flights. It’s been a true nightmare since I bought it 11 months ago. Customer service simply doesn’t exist.

AEMr. emad Mr. Victor did great job, He was gently cooperative and achieved all the assistance for me short time...all my respect to him wishing him the best. Yesterday 02 JUL 2022 I missed my flight because the check in counter of the Royal Jordanian closed before more than one hour before the flight schedule and all my effort failed to get check in although the UAE Abu Dhabi administration who tried to convince the RJ Operation in charge, unfortunately she refuse didn't respond. I am working in aviation since 33 years, the first time I see bad behaves like this, always there is special cases that should be treated accordingly but to close the check in and ignore the passengers? family? this is not acceptable at all...

HKExcellent back up customer service ! … I had problems making my first booking online due to my computer. The call centre staff and booking agents were quick to respond and did it for me telephonically . It was so reassuring that my investment on flights is managed by such great customer support and back up systems. A flight pass was definitely my best purchase this year ! Thank you to staff at Optiontown!

ZMVery responsive but with hidden charges Very responsive on WhatsApp and also very professional. Their customer service is excellent. I would only fault them on “hidden” extra charges that pop up out of nowhere. For example they advertise a flight pass that shows an initial payment of xx plus instalments of yyy only to find the initial payment goes up by an extra $1,500 upon checkout!
