AEMr. emad Mr. Victor did great job, He was gently cooperative and achieved all the assistance for me short time...all my respect to him wishing him the best. Yesterday 02 JUL 2022 I missed my flight because the check in counter of the Royal Jordanian closed before more than one hour before the flight schedule and all my effort failed to get check in although the UAE Abu Dhabi administration who tried to convince the RJ Operation in charge, unfortunately she refuse didn't respond. I am working in aviation since 33 years, the first time I see bad behaves like this, always there is special cases that should be treated accordingly but to close the check in and ignore the passengers? family? this is not acceptable at all...

KMGood customer service This platform WAS very profitable. I made a lot of savings on my travels thanks to the black out date option. But since the “black out date” option was removed it is no longer really economical.The difference between the price offered by the company and flight pass is almost zero without the black out date option. I hope it will be put back very soon for Comoros. As for customer service, I highly recommend, they listen and find a solution to your problem. Just that sometimes it can take a while to get one online.

ETFlight pass becames more exlensive and… Flight pass becames more exlensive and almost close to the normal flight charge. But not bad as long as it has diffrence. I have recieved a very satisfactory customer service. I dont know if mentioning names would be convienient to the web, but i would to thank option town team and especial thanks to miss Kelly!!🙏🙏

JOOver the years I had some ups and downs… Over the years I had some ups and downs with the usage of Option town, but over the past few days I have been extremely happy with the online chat Experience. BENever seen such a big scam in my life Never seen such a big scam in my life. To start with, it took them more than a month before they activate my subscription. Then they didn't adjust the end date. I had to beg for it. Furthermore, flights are not available in my Flight Pass even though I can book them from AirMalta website. Eventually, I could only use 2 tickets out of of my 8 tickets flight pass. It's very shameful.
