HKExcellent back up customer service ! … I had problems making my first booking online due to my computer. The call centre staff and booking agents were quick to respond and did it for me telephonically . It was so reassuring that my investment on flights is managed by such great customer support and back up systems. A flight pass was definitely my best purchase this year ! JOvery bad service very bad service, beware! 6 months ago i bought a pass with 20 trip from germany to jordan but due to a problem with the contract between royal jordanian and optiontown i wasn't allowed to book a trip! I've been waiting for 6 months. I have sent many emails to optiontown, until now they have not solved my problem, it cost me 7000 US dollars and I have not been able to use any ticket and now they are not answering! I got my lawyer involved, I hope I can get my money back!

I had several problems with different airline providers and OptionTown they do have their own rules and conditions when it comes to change booking. They were able to cancel and change my booking without any extra cost In less than 24 hours from my departure date. They are really a trusted company. ZMVery responsive but with hidden charges Very responsive on WhatsApp and also very professional. Their customer service is excellent. I would only fault them on “hidden” extra charges that pop up out of nowhere. For example they advertise a flight pass that shows an initial payment of xx plus instalments of yyy only to find the initial payment goes up by an extra $1,500 upon checkout!
