Very responsive but with hidden charges Very responsive on WhatsApp and also very professional. Their customer service is excellent. I would only fault them on “hidden” extra charges that pop up out of nowhere. For example they advertise a flight pass that shows an initial payment of xx plus instalments of yyy only to find the initial payment goes up by an extra $1,500 upon checkout!

Excellent service I bought passes for $3990 on KQ but was unable to book after the purchase. It took optiontown 3 months to get back to me. very frustrating. However, on the other hand I had previous flightpass which I was also not able to use because of contractual issues between KQ and OT, in this case, a courteous and professional staff from optiontown dealt with my case promptly and I was given full refund as OT credit which I have used on my new purchase. Excellent service.

Over the years I had some ups and downs… Over the years I had some ups and downs with the usage of Option town, but over the past few days I have been extremely happy with the online chat Experience. Jeffrey made the experience very pleasant and easy. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my requirements and ensured i had all options available to me. Flight pass becames more exlensive and… Flight pass becames more exlensive and almost close to the normal flight charge. But not bad as long as it has diffrence. I have recieved a very satisfactory customer service. I dont know if mentioning names would be convienient to the web, but i would to thank option town team and especial thanks to miss Kelly!!🙏🙏

Roger Williams provided excellent service It was quite disturbing to find out that I couldn't use my Kenya Airways passes due to (most likely) some kind of negligence or noncompliance on their part. After being frustrated that it seemed I could only communicate via email, I was so glad to get a What's App number. Roger Williams was the one who helped me and provided excellent service: he was patient, kind, helpful, informative and efficient.
