KEExcellent service I bought passes for $3990 on KQ but was unable to book after the purchase. It took optiontown 3 months to get back to me. very frustrating. However, on the other hand I had previous flightpass which I was also not able to use because of contractual issues between KQ and OT, in this case, a courteous and professional staff from optiontown dealt with my case promptly and I was given full refund as OT credit which I have used on my new purchase. Excellent service.

HKExcellent back up customer service ! … I had problems making my first booking online due to my computer. The call centre staff and booking agents were quick to respond and did it for me telephonically . It was so reassuring that my investment on flights is managed by such great customer support and back up systems. A flight pass was definitely my best purchase this year ! GBRoger Williams provided excellent service It was quite disturbing to find out that I couldn't use my Kenya Airways passes due to (most likely) some kind of negligence or noncompliance on their part. After being frustrated that it seemed I could only communicate via email, I was so glad to get a What's App number. Roger Williams was the one who helped me and provided excellent service: he was patient, kind, helpful, informative and efficient. PTWorst travel service I ever met or… Worst travel service I ever met or used. Also they use schemes to charge additional fees on the flights. It’s been a true nightmare since I bought it 11 months ago. Customer service simply doesn’t exist.

JOI’m using Optiontown for few years now… I’m using Optiontown for few years now at least traveling twice a month. In general services and prices are so great. I was planning to stop using it for different reasons till Sam Watson contacted me and provide many solutions for things I have like pricing, contacts, and luggages. I can say it is 5 stars rate in the crumbled travel world these days
