Great travel blog I love this the travel advice provided by the blogs on smarter travel and I just found out they sell hotels too.

Received full refund done even after time-frame expired. Was unable to stay at the hotel we had reserved and although it was after the full refund time-frame they were willing to work with the hotel and were able to still give us a full refund for the stay.

We used Smarter Travel to book a hotel… We used Smarter Travel to book a hotel reservation for last week. We stayed at the hotel one night and had to cancel the second night since my husband was in the hospital. I emailed Smarter Travel asking for a refund for the second night due to a medical emergency. Terri one of the customer service specialists at Smarter Travel was wonderful. She answered my email right away and took the necessary steps in getting me my refund. She followed up several times throughout the process. Smarter Travel is lucky to have Terri on their team and Smarter Travel was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them. Norma
