Gazumped by one of the Olotels offered We booked and paid for the Thistle hotel last November in Glasgow for the forthcoming commonwealth Games. Months later Olotels contacted us to say the Hotel had reneged on the booking. Naturally as the CG's approached the rates in Glasgow have gone sky high and most hotels are already full. So far no satisfactory resolution. In my view, the Thistle Hotel should honour its original commitments and Olotels should insist on this as part of their contract. The Olotels call centre staff are excellent.

Fast, efficient and a great deal I'd never used Olotels.com before mainly using LateRooms for years - had tried other sites but always ended up using LateRooms This is the first time I have been tempted elsewhere - found hotel where we wanted at an extremely good rate - all document sent quickly no problems at all. A fast, smooth easy transaction. Olotels will certainly be one of my first stops when next looking. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

No refund yet after overbooking. Better use other organisation Just before the date of departure hotel was overbooked. This despite booking 5 months earlier. Suggested alternatief not acceptable.. Wonderful from start to finish! We booked a hotel in Madrid using Olotels which provided a great deal. Within minutes of the booking we received the confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel everything was as per our reservation and we were given a great room. We will use Olotels again in our future trips.

olotels saved me a bundle I was very skeptical about buying an all-inclusive weeklong stay in Jamaica from an unknown vendor in Hong Kong. Reading the online reviews had me terrified. I emailed Couples Swept Away to ask if they would match the olotels advertised price. The reservationist replied that they have a price match policy, but she would not approve my request because she had never heard of olotels.com. She offered me a room rate similar to the rate advertised by the established online retailers. I went ahead and booked the trip with olotels.com and saved $1,120. There were no hitches with the reservation when we arrived in Negril.
