Today I purchased a ticket ans instead… Today I purchased a ticket ans instead of receiving a confirmation on my newly booked flight, I received email of pending status and a contact number to call. I called and was told the flight was not available and a new fare was given of $798 nearly double the original price purchased. I was told I could cancel for full refund. When I called to cancel. There was an issue with me getting a full refund of $798. Thankfully, I finally spoke with Samuel who worked on my issue for the better of 3 hours, and he personally called me back with great news that I would receive a full discount. I am so relieved and thankful for all his efforts, the many calls to get my reverse so I could be fully credited. There needs to be more agents like Samuel that go beyond to assist customers in crises.
