Lora Bonifacio was excellent to deal with in fact she exceeded our expectations in helping us use an expired eagle rider credit that had been put on hold due to the Covid outbreak. Eagle Rider has ZERO Compassion… Eagle Rider has ZERO Compassion… Hurricane Ian tearing up Florida and we had plans to ride from Miami to Key West. Called to cancel my reservation after the storms destruction and they cancelled but kept all my money ($101). It’s the not money its the principle and when a natural disaster is occurring you’d think they would think out of the box to accommodate members. I’ve had good experiences in person at their locations, but their phone reps have bad attitudes and aren’t very helpful. Their motto is take it or leave it. I want to leave it but I have no other options. After speaking with HD Corporate I’m hoping they will find a better partner in the future. Buyer Beware!

Crap credit system and customer service From Florida, Rented once in Colorado right after signing up. 6 months and 5 rental credits accumulated later and I try to rent at st. Augustine. "Location does not take club credits". Was willing to pick up somewhere else in the way to st. augustine, but it was the same with all 5 of the other central Florida locations. So tell me y tf do u offer monthly credits if not all locations will accept them and y tf won't you give me a refund for the months I paid to accumulate credits, now that I want to cancel?! Don't use this company! Total scam!

A long time EagleRider customer A long time EagleRider customer. Always have very positive experience with them. To close out the riding season, I rented a Street Glide while visiting my parents just outside Chicago. Took a day ride to Galina - just beautiful. Danny Brown from ER Chicago was very accommodating and got me on the road fast. This is why I keep coming back.

EagleRider Membership Lacks Transparency & Follow Unethical Practices EagleRider, while offering the potential of amazing experiences, has unethical business practices and their membership program lacks transparency and uses false advertising. I was a member of the EagleRider motorcycle club, which offered a day free credit per month of payment. At the time, I was saving for the max of 24days credits to enjoy a long road trip. It turns out that the free credit covers some bikes, not other bikes,, does not cover sundry charges (a 5 day trip can still costs hundreds of $). Credits can also only be use at some locations. Finally, EagleRider has locked people paying monthly subscriptions into annual terms. The result is one cannot cancel when you want to, even though paying monthly.
