GB4 stars for easily making reservation… 4 stars for easily making reservation but, so far, no receipt of e-mail with reservation details and since I was booking for my daughter-in-law I wanted to forward that e- mail to her. So can whoever receives this message action if you are able to ascertain my e-mail address from this post. For info I did receive the receipt for payment. Thank you.

GBCancellation Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation due to the COVID-19 crisis. United Airport Parking was very quick to issue a refund. Just awaiting funds to be transferred back to my account. Thank you. When needed I will use your service again!

GB1 and only time I’ll use this service 👎 1 employee manning the counter at drop off. Unorganized busses. No information for return arrival, had to take a airport shuttle to the rental car building only to have the bus fill up and make us wait another 20 minutes. Will never patronize this place again. Horrible service.

GBI had the opportunity to speak with… I had the opportunity to speak with Kelsey regarding reservations that I had made and did not appear to show up on my reservation list. She was extremely professional,helpful, polite and courteous. She deserves a metal for working with me and how confused I was. She unraveled the issues and resolved them to my utmost satisfaction.She was so focused on helping me that she called the following day to complete transactions that were not completed the previous night. I loved working with her and she certainly an asset to United Airport Parking!

GBThis is the best parking experience for your quick trips. This is the best parking experience for the price. I truly enjoy using this service when traveling out of Nashville for a few days or a few weeks They even had a second shuttle bus when I travelled back in July because the very first bus was full. That was very handy and helped make this trip and easy choice for me to use their services again.
