An Extremely Happy Customer At first I was very hesitant to leave my car at some random hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and security. The shuttle was on time taking me and picking me up from the airport. I extremely loved the affordable price for 4 days.I would recommend United Airport Parking to any and everyone. Your app was the only one that allowed… Your app was the only one that allowed for Canadian customers to input their address. After receiving the approval documents I drove over to the Marriott and Herman at the front got me parked in the long stay right away. I'll be back in 3 weeks in Miami and will be staying at the Marriott for 2 days before heading out.

She was extremely professional,helpful, polite and courteous. She deserves a metal for working with me and how confused I was. She unraveled the issues and resolved them to my utmost satisfaction.She was so focused on helping me that she called the following day to complete transactions that were not completed the previous night. I loved working with her and she certainly an asset to United Airport Parking!

4 stars for easily making reservation… 4 stars for easily making reservation but, so far, no receipt of e-mail with reservation details and since I was booking for my daughter-in-law I wanted to forward that e- mail to her. Real Savings Just returned from a week family travel flying out of Atlanta. Parked at the Marriott Airport Hotel where United Parking is available. Booking in advance saved us about 65%! Airport shuttles run every 15 minutes. They only pick you up on return from the South Terminal which they did not explain to us when they dropped us off at the North Terminal which caused us a delay getting back to the car. Will definitely use the service next time so highly recommend the service!
