I use united airport parking when I fly… I use united airport parking when I fly out of Miami. I typically park at the Crown Plaza Hotel on Le Junne and find the people who work there and the service they provide to airline travelers flying out of Miami to be impeccable. My only criticism is the united airport parking website. It's a bit difficult to use and efforts to make a reservation will often time-out before one completes the process if it takes too long. That's the only thing, as far as I'm concerned, that needs fixing.

I've used united airport parking for… I've used united airport parking for the last few years as a counter to the expense and madness of the Atlanta airport. The cost has always been lower than either the airport or comparable park/ride companies and we have always been close to the airport with a clean, safe lot and regular shuttles. We've never had a problem and have been pleased with the service offered.

An Extremely Happy Customer At first I was very hesitant to leave my car at some random hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and security. The shuttle was on time taking me and picking me up from the airport. I extremely loved the affordable price for 4 days.I would recommend United Airport Parking to any and everyone. I am completely satisfied. I have used United Airport Parking, Miami Intl. Airport, Crowne Plaza for years. It is my choice. I am completely satisfied. I find United Airport Parking customer service, courtesy and attitude excellent, and I commend it. I do have one negative I would like to bring to its attention. When I go to make an online reservation, I am not given enough time to do it carefully. I am usually timed out, and I have to do it all over again, rushing.

Extremely disappointed! Thursday December,12, 2019, 11a.m., waited 1 ½ hours (in freezing weather) for shuttle bus (pick-up) at the Atlanta, GA Airport. Every airport hotel shuttle bus came to the airport pickup EXCEPT ATL Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH. Called the hotel 5 times, each time the Hotel front desk representative said “the driver is on his way.” If you do want to be stranded, DO NOT park your vehicle at ATL Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH—4669 Airport Blvd, Collage Park, GA 30337
