Be careful We used a town car to take me on a fairly long ride from San Francisco down to Daly City and had a bad experience. I gave my credit card number to obtain the reservation, but was not told that I was being charged in advance. When we arrived at our destination I confirmed the fare amount verbally with the driver, and paid her about $130 or so, including a tip. The next day I discovered that I had been billed on the card, too. I contacted Towncarsf about three times; once by phone and twice by email, and they never replied or even responded. So I was double charged and had to fight the charged with my credit card company. Any company that won't call you back or even respond to something like this should not be used - find another driver. I'm only giving them two stars because the driver was polite, and you'll be more likely to read the warning if there are two stars than one...

Excellent Car Service My family has used Town Car SF for years and we love them! They always arrive before your pickup time, have extremely clean cars with complimentary water and newspapers, and are price competitive. They go above and beyond to please...for example, they have provided my son with a booster seat so that I did not need to travel with it. They've also helped bring my suitcases all the way in the house so I could care for my sleeping son upon a trip's return. And one time, when I realized that I had packed an item that I did not want to travel with, they held onto it for me until I returned from my trip. The drivers are professional, but can also be personal, if desired. The owner Claudius is always quick to respond to travel requests and the driver Eva is absolutely the best! I'd recommend Town Car SF to anyone that had transportation needs.

Outstanding Service In April of this year I was instructed by my physician not to drive for one month as the results of an operation. How fortunate was I when I located TowncarSF in the yellow pages. From first contact with Claudius,to the four weeks of being driven daily by Selma from my home to the Silicon Valley ,the total experience was friendly and professional. Driver flaked I missed my flight because the driver had the wrong time even though the confirmation email was correct. When I called Claudius at 5am he did nothing to try to help the situation nor was he very apologetic. I will not trust them for transportation services again.

Amazing!! On time with a new and most importantly clean car. I started using this company when I moved to SF and I have no complaints. The drives are polite and outgoing. Claudius is a great conversationalist which makes long drives go by quicker! Would definitely recommend!
