The cancelation process seemed muddied The cancelation process seemed muddied. Leena, seemed more interested in speaking rather than listening, several times being reminded by me, that two people can't speak at the same time. That being said, she was very civil.

United Cancelled my flight United Cancelled my flight. Will from United was quick to help me get my son on the next flight out so that he could attend his grandmothers funeral.

Great customer service with a real live person The Air Canada agent, Rina, was very knowledgeable about the "discounted" fares listed on Kayak, Expedia, etc and clearly explained how all their extra charges added up. I chose to book directly with Air Canada rather than through the other sites because of her help.

I didn't have a good experience with… I didn't have a good experience with getting my seat change. Mr Brandon said he's was changing my seats, but he didn't after I paid 1,1000 dollars then I spoke with three supervisors who said they we're going to take care of it they all said it would be taken care of, but that didn't happen they said they were going to call but they didn't. Supervisor names were Mr Ron Mr Leron. And Mr Simard. Wasn't happy with them at all. I spoke with Ms Mary who took care of me today I was very pleased with her. She did everything she said she was going to do. Thank you so much Ms Mary. This is going to be my Honeymoon. Ms Mary is a very nice person I wish I would have spoken to her Three weeks ago.

Today I spoke with customer service… Today I spoke with customer service Rina who was amazing her customer service skills very efficient, polite and knowledgeable also professional. this company portrayed themselves as being a third-party connection with Jett. Blue airlines also turned out to be fraud. They were going to have us pay additional $160 for change airfare reservations that we had no connection to the change the change was due to JetBlue not us.
