Truly Memorable Christmas & New Year Vacation We really enjoyed our Christmas & New Year's vacation in Dec 2019/Jan 2020 in Costa Rica. Alex has been our planner & coordinator and he did an excellent job of making sure our vacation was hassle-free. He was so kind and helpful that he even drove us to and fro from our NY Eve dinner when we could not find an Uber that late in the night. We visited Monteverde, Samara, Rio Celeste, Arenal and San Jose. The accommodations, adventures and transportation all worked out well despite some minor hiccups. We all wished we could stay longer .. we were there for 8 days ... Highly recommend CostaRica.com and especially have Alex as your planner. Cheers

Our experience with costarica.com has… Our experience with costarica.com has been amazing. I cannot talk enough of the help and assistance we got throughout our trip. Alex has been marvellous and at times went beyond the call of duty. He arranged our trip and was there 24/7 to answer our queries. He went out of his way to help us out of a tricky situation. We got stuck with flat tyres on our way to airport. He somehow managed to get us roadside assistance to get us to the airport on time. He even monitored our drive so we don’t get lost, and that was on a sunday evening. He managed to book us for sightseeing at last minute and did not worry about last minute changes. I really can’t talk enough about him and costarica.com. I would definitely book with him again And would definitely recommend using their services. I rate them 6 🌟

Peace of mind with CostaRica.com Alex was a star when we found ourselves stranded without a valid driving licence (long story) - he responded straight away and had arranged our drivers and additional itinerary within a matter of hours. He was incredibly available and again stepped in to help us out when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled.
