GBTruly Memorable Christmas & New Year Vacation We really enjoyed our Christmas & New Year's vacation in Dec 2019/Jan 2020 in Costa Rica. Alex has been our planner & coordinator and he did an excellent job of making sure our vacation was hassle-free. He was so kind and helpful that he even drove us to and fro from our NY Eve dinner when we could not find an Uber that late in the night. We visited Monteverde, Samara, Rio Celeste, Arenal and San Jose. The accommodations, adventures and transportation all worked out well despite some minor hiccups. We all wished we could stay longer .. we were there for 8 days ... Highly recommend CostaRica.com and especially have Alex as your planner. Cheers

I lead international yoga retreats and work with companies all over the world, and the level of customer service that Alex provided was absolutely top notch. I just returned from a retreat with 13 people. From booking multiple transfers, recommending and booking excursions, Covid tests, to last minute requests... he answered every call with enthusiasm to make our time in Costa Rica pure magic. CREpic Trip!!!! Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing, exceeding all of our expectations because of the planning and service Alex provided. Alex provided top notch communication from start to finish, arranging chef's, excursions, grocery stocking for the house, and transportation! We will definitely be back and wouldn't think of planning our next visit without having Alex's help!
