No words for how great this company is! I am truly amazed at how wonderful this company, and specifically Alex, was to work with. Literally everything taken care of for us. Transportation to and from the airport and everything in between, including scheduling Covid testing. Alex was extremely professional, super responsive, and beyond helpful. I really can’t say enough good things. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Alex!

Alex Alex, with Costarica.com, was absolutely wonderful. With only 24 hrs notice he got us drivers lined up for the week and planned all our activities. He had great recommendations of what to do everywhere we went. When we needed restaurant suggestions, he texted me menus and made the reservations. Anytime we wanted more time with whatever we were doing he reassured me to enjoy our vacation and he’d take care of moving our reservation or letting the driver know we needed more time. Each evening Alex texted me the itinerary for the next day and even sent me a photo of our driver and any guides we’d be meeting so we knew what to expect. He was in constant communication and available anytime I needed to ask a question. He absolutely made our trip be worry-free and so much fun. I’m incredibly thankful for his services.

Costa Rica Review Tours and tour guides were cordial and well informed. The first hotel we were placed in for three nights was mediocre. The food and staff were good, but the bathroom condition and minimal shower water amount and pressure was terrible. My daughter and I were not able to wash our hair because the drip was so limited. The humidity was very high. I know the country is modest, but these are basic essentials. For the price of this package, I am at least expecting a decent shower at the beginning and especially at the end of my long day. For the second hotel, we were told we had a balance. I had to call my point person to speak to the employee. When we arrived at our bedroom, there were only 4 towels and we are a family of 5. She said she would come back with 5th towel, but she never did. The wifi was terrible. I sent my daughter to request towel again, but she never came. I ended up drying myself with a hand towel. Finally, I couldn't set the AC to a higher or lower temperature setting. Therefore, we had to turn it off before we went to sleep and then woke up sweating in the middle of the night.
