During the whole of the transaction Sam was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and generally a super person to deal with, considering we changed dates and our bank were cautious regarding payment so consequently Sam had to wait until we had given the ok for the amount to be remitted! BAIT and SWITCH Promised flights and quoted fares, then claimed agent made a mistake AFTER charging my credit card (then apologized and removed the charge). Complaint filed with NY Attorney Gerneral's Office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (especially since you have no idea whether the quoted cost is accurate or not).

Dublin to Oz. I was searching for tickets for a trip to see our son in Australia this September. Jon originally came up with a good deal flying to Sydney and returning to Dublin. We changed our minds and decided to fly to Brisbane and return from Sydney. Even though seats are now at a premium for these flights, Jon was able to arrange this in no time. He always responded promptly even though there is a considerable time difference between NY and Dublin. Great service.
