LBC Delivers When something seems to good to be true it usually is except in the case of this company. They offer round the clock personal service and save you money and time. I consider myself adept at sourcing the best deals on business travel but LBC has twice saved me close to $2000 on return tickets from Australia to Europe and to US. As well as the price you have access to someone who promptly answers your call or email and works to solve any issues if they arise.

During the whole of the transaction Sam was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and generally a super person to deal with, considering we changed dates and our bank were cautious regarding payment so consequently Sam had to wait until we had given the ok for the amount to be remitted! Amazing service and rates My experience is above 5 star. Its not just that we got our business class multi city cruise tickets for cheap.... we had to cancel and change many times due to the cruise rescheduling. I was taking my mum on a bucket list… I was taking my mum on a bucket list trip of hers to Egypt. We wanted to travel business class for the comfort as my mum is 80. Arlyn was in one word...wonderful! She was patient and diligent in finding us travel arrangements that would work with our tour and also allow us for the appropriate time to transfer to flights that wouldn't be too rushed for my mum nor too lengthy a wait time.
