During the whole of the transaction Sam was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and generally a super person to deal with, considering we changed dates and our bank were cautious regarding payment so consequently Sam had to wait until we had given the ok for the amount to be remitted! However, the first phone call from Kevin was reassuring and he really tried very hard to find the best possible itinerary at the best price . Kevin made himself available via email and SMS so that questions were handled promptly and any glitches could be sorted out . He arranged assistance, meal preferences and entered my frequent flyer number and really went the extra mile with caring personalised service.
