They know their product! We had a bad experience with reliability from another supplier and Stephanie helped us understand why and got a small order to try. That is really hard to find a place that will let you have short runs. Received that and had zero issues. Placed our second order and won't go anywhere else now.

I did not get what I ordered and my correspondence has been ignored! Once contact was made with the right salesperson, the order was corrected and received within 1 week. Thank you. The salespeople were attentive while my order was being processed. I ordered purple and white flash drives with our logo. The mock up was correct and approved. When the order arrived the flash drives were black and silver with no logo at all. Since contacting the representative, I have gotten no response.

Excellent Service, Quick Delivery This was a reorder of a previous item. I simply sent an email requesting the same item with a quantity. In all the transaction was completed within a few minutes at most, design confirmed, etc. The order arrived earlier than promised with confirmation.
