Excellent Service, Quick Delivery This was a reorder of a previous item. I simply sent an email requesting the same item with a quantity. In all the transaction was completed within a few minutes at most, design confirmed, etc. The order arrived earlier than promised with confirmation.

Fast, Courteous, Amazing service As a Rafting company we decided to change from CD's and DVD's to flash drives for our media distribution method. We needed a fast turn around at the best possible price. FlashCoast not only beat everyone's prices, but was able to beat the competition's turn around time by two weeks. We will continue to use FlashCoast as our vendor moving forward.

Flash Drive Order Their customer service was excellent. They did two mock ups with different logos and sent them back right away. Any questions I had were answered within a couple of hours. The ordering process was easy and we received our completed order even sooner than expected. Everything looked great.

Did not get what we ordered - no follow through We ordered USB devices for an annual event; however, the product arrived with the wrong logo and did not function. Stephanie was responsive and agreed to provide replacements in time for our event the next day. The devices arrived shortly after registration, but the data load was embarrassing showing a folder with my business name (unrelated to the event). In both cases, Flashcoast failed to review/test the devices, which would have alleviated a tremendous amount of stress, time, expense, and embarrassment. We emailed our sales rep and she hasn't responded to my communications.

Full Print Card Style Flash Drives We are an organization with two business and we required two sets of the Portland style flash drive credit cards FlashCoast was incredibly easy to work with, and proved to have an equally incredible product We needed two separate, full color print on both sides of the cards. We were not sure what to expect with the final product. We just received our package and are beyond pleased with the final results! They turned out better than we had anticipated!
