Great customer service!! My experience with Flashcoast has been exceptional!! The product has been wonderful to use and the advertisement for the company has helped. Stephanie has been wonderful to work with and has handled any issues or problems in a very timely fashion. Great company to work with! Stephanie Werner @ FlashCoast has been the most helpful and responsive sales person I've ever dealt with for my company. Great to have this resource for our flash drive needs. We've never had an issue with any of the drives and we've ordered (I think) over 3K of them now! Did not get what we ordered - no follow through We ordered USB devices for an annual event; however, the product arrived with the wrong logo and did not function. Stephanie was responsive and agreed to provide replacements in time for our event the next day. The devices arrived shortly after registration, but the data load was embarrassing showing a folder with my business name (unrelated to the event). In both cases, Flashcoast failed to review/test the devices, which would have alleviated a tremendous amount of stress, time, expense, and embarrassment. We emailed our sales rep and she hasn't responded to my communications.

Great, fast service!! Wonderful customer service! They responded very quickly to all of my inquiries and the turn around time from placing my order to my order being delivered was also very quick. I would recommend this company to anyone.
