The directions were very clear, the forms were easy to complete and the explanations of how tickets would arrive, etc. we’re complete. The tickets arrived on the day I was told they would come and were easy to download and print. Although they are in Russian one can easily get all information including coach number and seat assignment.

Cabin for 3 We chosed a gabin for three on the train from Moscow to St Peteburg that departed in date 10th August from Leningradisky at 22.50..we booked a gabin for 3 but there was an other person in the same gabin..they offer us a refound of 80 euros because they didn’t understand how it could happen..we accepted the refound for the disease but i think they will move for make this things not happen again
