I was able to make reservations easily enough; a little more English would be helpful. I was able to make reservations quickly enough. One thing I did not understand was my seat assignment on the train from Moscow to Smolensk. I needed a friend who knows more Russian than I do to tell me that my assignment was to a lower bunk, and not to a seat on the lower part of a particular train car. I am happy to learn more Russian, but since so much of your online ticket is in English, perhaps you could add this little bit. And I promise to keep working on Russian, even at my age. (You know what it is! :) )

Again, I had helpful people to give me information about this process. I'm looking forward to traveling by train to Riga to see if that is also good.

I very much enjoyed catching the trains… I very much enjoyed catching the trains from Moscow to St. Petersburg and then from St. Petersburg back to Moscow. The staff were polite and helpful, the seats were comfortable and I enjoyed watching the scenery through the windows. I would be very happy to travel on Russian Trains again in the future. The whole booking process was very… The whole booking process was very smooth and seamless and the journey from St Petersburg to Moscow and return was first class and extremely comfortable. We were impressed by the welcome we were given on entering the train. Facilities at both St Petersburg and Moscow train stations were excellent. We would thoroughly recommend using this service.

I traveled by Russian trains last fall… I traveled by Russian trains last fall from Moscow to Vladimir and back, from Moscow to St. Petersburg, from St. Petersburg to Voronezh, and from Voronezh to Moscow. The trains were fast and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I plan to use them again this September.
