Purchased Tix in advance (super easy and friendly process) and then got the news both cities are going into lockdown. I emailed the company and got a full refund back, no questions asked. Will definitely use them in the very near future to rebook.

One thought though: It would be more useful to annoy me with requests to review your service AFTER the scheduled date of the train-ride and not after just the ticket-booking. How would I know if you are trustworthy when I had no chance to confirm the validity of the ticket?
