One thought though: It would be more useful to annoy me with requests to review your service AFTER the scheduled date of the train-ride and not after just the ticket-booking. I traveled by Russian trains last fall… I traveled by Russian trains last fall from Moscow to Vladimir and back, from Moscow to St. Petersburg, from St. Petersburg to Voronezh, and from Voronezh to Moscow. The trains were fast and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I plan to use them again this September.
