Nothing is perfect but Paycom makes… Nothing is perfect but Paycom makes things a lot easier and more streamlined. My Paycom Rep is Angelica Rodriguez, and she is a very professional and polite young lady. She has a calming demeanor and is very knowledgeable in her actions. She is a Godsend! She is patient and always returns your call, even if just a quick email to say when she can help. If Angelica does not know the answer, she leans on her team to get the correct answers needed for the client.

Ever sense my work switched to paycom… Ever sense my work switched to paycom everyone's checks are missing hours. Not reading punches. Hours can be all there but your check will still be missing money. It's a mess no one is happy. I may quit my job because of paycom. I will not work for another company that goes through paycom.

Can't get anyone to sell me! I hate giving negative reviews, but I have been trying to set up "a meeting" for several weeks and am ignored. The first response asked me the exact same questions that I completed on the information request that I completed on your website. I simply inquired as to why I was being asked those questions again and got ghosted. One of my competitors recommended you otherwise I would probably just move on and find another provider. (I sent an email to the feedback address and only got a response saying "we've shared your information with our team". Glad they shared it, but what are they going to do? These folks need some significant training!!!

5 Stars, 2 Thumbs Up! As we were comparing various payroll / HR companies to convert to, we were pleasantly surprised at all of the offerings Paycom has. And, Brandon Abate, our personal rep has been nothing short of amazing. He has helped us implement and been with us every step of the way. And answered a lot of questions we had. As a non profit, he went above and beyond. As did ALL of the Paycom team thus far! Cannot say enough thank yous for their help!

Worst decision I’ve ever made I was with Paycom for about 4 months. I REALLY wanted it to work and I TRIED for that entire 4 months. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional service. They promised ease of use and sold me on making payroll easier and more timely for me. Unfortunately, after the initial sales call, everything was a million times harder and took me 10 times as long as with my previous payroll and charged me way more with so much stress involved. Customer service was horrendous and sometimes passively aggressive and offensive. They were also very ‘high and mighty’ attitude and there is so much ‘red tape’ you can’t get anywhere with anyone. So difficult to find anything and use. Getting setup was a monumental task. Even canceling services was difficult and time consuming. Despite my best efforts, there was not a single payroll during that time that went smoothly in any capacity. I really can’t say enough about how awful my experience was.
