Timely, Efficient, Communicative Fantastic experience! I am a meeting planner and booked BusBank for a very high-end client for 3 days of transfers in NYC. The previous year, this same client had a terrible experience using a different supplier. Due to this, they were very nervous and needed constant assurance that the vehicles would be in place and on time. It was my task to communicate with the driver and get updates to the client. Our driver, Irma, was skilled, patient, and polite, always on time and in place - not an easy feat in NYC. Here is a direct quote from one of the attendees: “And can we talk about the bus driver? I don't know where you found her but she was the BEST! I have never seen anyone parallel park a freaking bus on the crowded streets of New York! Also, having a bus to take us wherever we needed to go was such a game-changer. It made getting around the city a breeze and saved us a ton of time and hassle". This could have been a horrible… This could have been a horrible experience for our group, but Johnny and the bus company extended our trip for the hour we needed to enjoy the horses, llamas and sugar throwing at Erabliere au Sous-Bois.
