Timely, Efficient, Communicative Fantastic experience! I am a meeting planner and booked BusBank for a very high-end client for 3 days of transfers in NYC. The previous year, this same client had a terrible experience using a different supplier. Due to this, they were very nervous and needed constant assurance that the vehicles would be in place and on time. It was my task to communicate with the driver and get updates to the client. Our driver, Irma, was skilled, patient, and polite, always on time and in place - not an easy feat in NYC. Here is a direct quote from one of the attendees: “And can we talk about the bus driver? Great service, planning and execution During our Atlanta trip, we organized a series of hop-on and hop-off excursions, each guided by a different driver.
