One of the buses we rented had no AC but the driver profusely apologized and contacted the company asap. Another bus we rented was about 30 minutes late but she was given the wrong address by the dispatcher and the wrong time, so I don't blame her at all. All drivers were professional and kind.

My special needs group… My special needs group traveled to Orlando for 5 days of vacation. Every day the coach bus arrived on time, or early! The drivers were so nice and patient with our group! I will definitely be using busbank again!

Went well Went well. I booked and paid but did not ride so I cannot comment on the vehicle, but the team was picked up and dropped off as requested and there were no complaints! We also needed to change the date the day of because of the weather and were accommodated without any problems.
