I do a lot of bookings for my clients… I do a lot of bookings for my clients through FareBuzz. I get this amazing person called Hannan everytime. They have helped me with so many situations and problems over the year with such grace, kindness, patience, and true concern. Hannan is absolutely the BEST at what they do!!!

My customer called me out of concern My customer called me out of concern. Farbuzz never mention they would contact customers if there spouses are booked for a flight even if the card holder is traveling and paid for the trip. This triggered a concern by customer and myself. Had we been aware and expected This experience it would have been better.

I was in a crisis with flight… I was in a crisis with flight cancellations and reached out to Farebuzz. I was fortunate to speak with Elgart and he assisted me with booking same day flights. He was thorough and I truly couldn't have asked for better support. I have had to call Farebuzz customer service previously and things haven't went well. If I could make all transactions with Elgart I'd be more than happy to book future flights again!

Please Simplify the Process Elgart went above and beyond to handle my clients' reservations. BUT, we had significant issues getting them booked. This was not the first time we had issues with the Verification Team calls to the client to assure that there was no hacking. We understand the need for such in this day and age. There was also a delay in completing the booking due to what Farebuzz said was credit card company denial of one of the 4 charges, but the credit card company said was incorrect security code given on one of the 4 charges. Repeated calls to the client and repeated calls by the client to the credit card company made the process difficult. Am hoping you can find an easier way to book clients' flights.

I had issues booking a flight I had issues booking a flight, due to the fact, that it kept timing out and I couldn't book the flight. I started a Chat with Daryl who was able to complete the booking successfully. I was then able to forward the reservation to the customer. I was very happy and satisfied with the help and service support that I received.
