Excellent support for an unexpected change Clients had a Christmas Markets cruise pulled out from under them because the vendor chartered the sailing. Accepting the alternative offered meant that they needed to make a substantial change to their flight arrangements. Fare Buzz did an excellent job changing their flights to new dates and new cities with minimal cost to the clients. One pair actually had no change fee! The support was truly amazing.

Now I must let you know that when Elgart is not available there are 2 more representatives there that are back ups that I also will work with that pretty much have similar work ethics as Elgart and those 2 would be Dayton and Clinton.
