Booking with Elgart Whenever booking just flights or just flights and hotel separate, I almost always go through Fare Buzz. And when I book with you I ALWAYS only work with Elgart. Elgart is the most efficient, most kind and most respectful and professional representative there, and I say that because I have worked with others there and not gotten the same experience. Now I must let you know that when Elgart is not available there are 2 more representatives there that are back ups that I also will work with that pretty much have similar work ethics as Elgart and those 2 would be Dayton and Clinton. However, I prefer to only work with Elgart whenever I work with Fare Buzz!

Slightly disappointed but good customer service.. Calista was very knowledgeable and courteous. She put together a fantastic itinerary. However, I was disappointed with price that we received. Part of the flights costed more than the airline. You are supposed to give discounted tickets. Two of my people got cheaper tickets from another vendor.

I had issues booking a flight I had issues booking a flight, due to the fact, that it kept timing out and I couldn't book the flight. I started a Chat with Daryl who was able to complete the booking successfully. I was then able to forward the reservation to the customer. I was very happy and satisfied with the help and service support that I received.

I do a lot of bookings for my clients… I do a lot of bookings for my clients through FareBuzz. I get this amazing person called Hannan everytime. They have helped me with so many situations and problems over the year with such grace, kindness, patience, and true concern. Hannan is absolutely the BEST at what they do!!!

I was in a crisis with flight… I was in a crisis with flight cancellations and reached out to Farebuzz. I was fortunate to speak with Elgart and he assisted me with booking same day flights. He was thorough and I truly couldn't have asked for better support. I have had to call Farebuzz customer service previously and things haven't went well. If I could make all transactions with Elgart I'd be more than happy to book future flights again!
