GBYou can't call, but they respond to email. I had to change a flight. FAQ said to call or email them. There isn't a phone number anywhere. I sent an email and was very happy when they replied. They don't want you to call them, but they did respond and fix the issue using email.

AUWe would happily award Cheapair five stars for friendly and efficient service… We would definitely award Cheapair five stars out of five. They were always very responsive to our requests, especially with getting my name on the plane ticket corrected after I realised I had not used my passport name. That really did save me a bundle, as the original ticket would have been useless. We were very happy too with the very competitive prices we paid for our travel. It's great to be presented with a range of prices for comparison. We will definitely be using Cheapair again whenever we are planning our travels.
