GBYou can't call, but they respond to email. I had to change a flight. FAQ said to call or email them. There isn't a phone number anywhere. I sent an email and was very happy when they replied. They don't want you to call them, but they did respond and fix the issue using email.

GBI wanted to use my flight credit but… I wanted to use my flight credit but could not get a response in sufficient time. I had to purchase for full price and the credit will expire soon. There should be a phone number available for urgent situations such as this.

GBCheaper than Google flights This was definitely cheaper than going on Google flights or even to the airline itself! I highly recommend!
