GBI wanted to use my flight credit but… I wanted to use my flight credit but could not get a response in sufficient time. I had to purchase for full price and the credit will expire soon. There should be a phone number available for urgent situations such as this.

GBExcellent customer service by email Excellent customer service by email. I don’t need to reach out by phone, their email service is top notch. There was an issue with flight ticket recently purchased online I emailed back and they replied in less than 48 hours given a full complete resolution. Definitely cheapair is the best!
