GBWe had an amazing view at the condo and… We had an amazing view at the condo and saw lots of whales however, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit in the living area as the furniture smelled so bad like old body odor. We even tried put blankets over the furniture to mask the smell without any luck. The bedrooms on the most part were nice however, very dusty. I was told that they don't always clean in between stays which seems very odd to me as they charge a cleaning fee to every guest so they should clean it after every guest. We had to have them come clean the floors, and dust. I wouldn't say the people at Blue Pacific are very patient. But again I will say that the view is spectacular!!

GBDon’t rent property managed by Blue… Don’t rent property managed by Blue Pacific Vacation Rental. Horrible customer service! We’ve rented a Depoe Bay property four out of the last five years. (The Lighthouse) Never needed the management company until this trip. The unit was short several items such as TP, Kleenex, hand towels etc. We politely informed Blue Pacific. We received a very rude response stating that all items were stocked in the unit and insinuating that we must be either stupid, lying or both. Eventually the staff came with the missing items, but what a huge hassle! And no apology! We will never rent another property managed by this company. They have earned their ratings. 1.5 star Yelp and 1 star Better Business Bureau.

GBPlease Reconsider Laundry Requirement at checkout. We have really enjoyed our stays at the the Blu Pacific Resorts. My only concern, is the requirement to do the laundry before leaving on check out. Not only does it seem it should be covered in the “cleaning fee” for every registration, but because of the this requirement our towels smelled and I had to rewash them before using them at arrival. Please reconsider this rule, Blu Pacific Reaorts. Thank you.

GBConsidering we stayed a year ago... Considering we stayed a year ago, left early due to the lack of cleanliness of the condo and called and complained about it and the customer service person I spoke to didn’t seem to care or even try and make it right, and are just now being asked to rate our stay I’ve decided to give a 1 Star because the experience was so disappointing. We have been staying at these condos for years and we’re treated so poorly and because of this we have decided to stay elsewhere for the 1st time. This is unfortunate as we had always had such a great time here.

GBBlue Pacific made unlawful charges to… WHY do you think they don't have a Facebook page or other social media? They do not want the real reviews to be out there. Blue Pacific made unlawful charges to my credit card twice. One stating that I had not taken the trash out and that it took longer to clean - I contested this charge and because I contested this charge, they charged me again $125. They harassed me via phone and text messages for me to pay the additional $125.
