GBConsumers Beware!! Misled to believe that for the $400 they quickly collected, I would be spending 3 nights in a Las Vegas hotel of fine quality, highly rated. I learned today that my trip to Vegas next week for my birthday, Roomhustlers stuck my husband and I in a $32 dollar a night, below standard, away from the strip hotel. This Roomhustler site is very misleading, they are making a great profit by scamming the innocent consumers. Don't believe that you'll be going to the luxurious hotel options they advertise. After you give them your money that's non refundable you'll learn you're another idiot just like me!

GBI booked a special 2 night deal for Las… I booked a special 2 night deal for Las Vegas, the dates I was looking for was in early January. All of the hotels they offered cost an additional $80-$120 a night. This is extremely misleading. Hotel Tonight and Expedia both had cheaper rooms. Why would anyone use this service? Seems to me just to have a complicated middle man situation because they really are not offering any deals you cant find elsewhere. Do not use its a scam!!! --- In regards to room hustlers response, they in fact did not check HotelTonight WHICH IS STILL CHEAPER. Regardless of what you say is a "misunderstanding" you as a company advertised one thing and offered another. You are misleading customers into thinking they are getting a good deal when really you tack on more money in the end.

GBDO NOT TRUST DO NOT TRUST! They market Vegas for $200 for 3 nights and say in hotels like Cesar Palace, Bellagio and Mandalay then 36hrs after you pay they send you 6 options that are NOWEHERE comparable to the hotels they mention. They send you the worse hotels in Vegas, not even on the strip and on top of that you have to pay extra! It says, you paid $200, to get this hotel pay an extra $290.... False advertisement in every way you look at it. Do not waste your money and time and use other OTAs that give you LIVE prices.

GBRoom options not as advertised Hello, we just recently paid to book for Santorini, Greece and the room options given were less than subpar! NOTHING like the beautiful options listed on the website. I’m hoping they can revise their search and help us find a better place. I will update this review and let you know how the customer support has handled this. No way these are high end rooms! It’s my birthday and I already had to wait days to receive the room, only for none of the options to be worth it.

GBThis is a Scam This is a pure Scam! Do not Purchase anything from them. They show you 5 star hotels but in fact you get low end hotels. The hotels the provided I found a lot cheaper on other hotel websites! When I contacted customer support Ed told me, “ Your dates are popular and as I notice the RIO on bookin.com has only two rooms available and I am happy to issue you a refund but it would be partial since our team took the time to work on your hotel offers based on what the deal portrays. If you'd like a refund it would be partly due to the time it took our team to put that together which was a limited list as you can tell.” This is complete bs and false advertising. I canceled literally less than 24 hours and he won’t give me my full refund! Stay away
