It's a scam! I lost my money! This is not a legit business at all. Totally a scam! I even had to cancel my non-refundable Las Vegas flight ticket because of this scam…. After you pay your money, they will ask you to pay more and won’t even let you use the “voucher”. I got tricked to pay more for making the reservation and then got canceled without reason. Finally, they locked my account and no longer allow access. The customer service won’t reply to you, or they will just say “IT issue”. It has been totally a nightmare for me… trust me…I have tried all my best to use the voucher for over 3 months and I wrote countless emails and messages to them. I am so exhausted now, and I have to admit that I got scammed. I hope no more people got scammed on this “fake discounted hotel deal”.

Our room was canceled without us being… Our room was canceled without us being notified - the hotel told us at arrival - and we had to pay almost $900 upon checkout. The hotel said this was not the first time this has happened. Customer service is nonexistent - room hustlers has not responded to any of my messages. 0/10. Do NOT recommend. Will never use again.

Its just a scam Its just a scam, they dont assign you a room right away and ask u to wait 72 hours. I waited for 72 hours and I got an email saying , your hotel choices are ready and choose one. When I login there were no hotels at all. It asked me for dates again and asked me to wait another 72 hours. TOTAL SPAM. Reached customer care and Christi took the issue. She directly closed my issue saying technical issue and when I insisted for help to assign hotel or issue refund in between conversation, she sent a automated reply saying we recheck your request. I asked her if they are issuing my refund, so that I can book from somewhere else and then she disappeared. Very stressfull process and its a TOTAL SCAM with no customer care. Dont fall prey for these people.

Consumers Beware!! Misled to believe that for the $400 they quickly collected, I would be spending 3 nights in a Las Vegas hotel of fine quality, highly rated. I learned today that my trip to Vegas next week for my birthday, Roomhustlers stuck my husband and I in a $32 dollar a night, below standard, away from the strip hotel. This Roomhustler site is very misleading, they are making a great profit by scamming the innocent consumers. Don't believe that you'll be going to the luxurious hotel options they advertise. After you give them your money that's non refundable you'll learn you're another idiot just like me!

Rocky start, but happy ending After some initial issues (i was being charged $180 extra to book my hotel) and miscommunications (hotel policy regarding age of children and extra fees) with my reservation, the Roomhustler team was able to clarify my confusion and rebooked my 4-star room without any added fees. A big thanks to Maria and her team for their quick work. I hope there are no issues when I check in in September! Fingers crossed.
