GBThis was our repeat stay This was our repeat stay. While first year was awesome, the property and service wasn't same this time around. The house looked like any other property in the area, run down, cheap furniture etc. We had asked for Pool and Grill at the time of booking. The pool never came on and grill had no propane tank, no utensils. Most likely will not go there again.

GBWe really wanted to love Encore Resort but... We really wanted to love Encore Resort and make it our yearly family vacation go to spot. Unfortunately, the customer service lacked. As we toured our home upon checkin, the swimming pool was filthy. Besides your typical loads of floating love bugs and debris from the trees, the bottom of the pool was orange/yellow in color and looked unsanitary. At this point they should have just put us in a different home. Instead after 4 out of 6 day stay and going back and forth with management they finally got someone out to clean it. 4 days out of stay was ruined for the kids who could not utilize the pool. A small inconvenience turned into something huge that ruined our stay with them and was a total disappointment for the kids. Management kept giving us excuses and blaming the weather and finally told us "once you receive the home we are not responsible". Terrible way to handle this and we will NEVER be going back. All this because they didn't want to provide any compensation for the inconvenience.

GBThe home was beautiful The home was beautiful, the catered dinner we had delivered was excellent, the pool park was perfect and the meal at the resort was wonderful as well. Our only hesitation was the transportation to the parks. The limited time frames for return trips made our time more stressful. We certainly hope to return for another stay.

GBSecurity needs to seem more interested… Security needs to seem more interested when a call is made with a problem. This pertains to night shift. Would also appreciate railing into private pools for those Of us that need assistance and stability - no matter age of person. What to people do that have mobile disabilities .?
