PANOT AN ENJOYABLE STAY I wanted to let you know that when we arrived last night we did find the house in better condition related with cleaning issues. But the problem with the cable company was not fixed at all. It’s impossible to seat down and watch tv. I sent an attachment with 3 photos of the problem with the time when where taken to show yoy that the problem was never fixed. we spent 1 night with terrible sheets in Two of the rooms and they came to change the bed sheets at 9:30 pm the next night. We found Kids toys in three of the rooms and 2 dirty towels. ( this was never cleaned by you) i told them about the cable issues not being able to watch tv and it was never fixed. If you would had told me from the beginning that I Was not going to be able to watch TV In any room of the house i would have stayed somewhere else. we really had a terrible experience. i had stayed with you 3 times before this one and i never had this kind of probblems before. i spent 2 days on the phone tryng to make everythig better.they came to see the house and they apologized but they fixed one thing but not the other 3. the pool was dirty, the second day i told them and was never cleaned. Thanks for the refund of $177.08 but absolutely doesn’t justify what we went through. It is with Absurd to think that amount it’s going to make our stay better. i definitly wont be stayng at encore resort again.

GBThe home was beautiful The home was beautiful, the catered dinner we had delivered was excellent, the pool park was perfect and the meal at the resort was wonderful as well. Our only hesitation was the transportation to the parks. The limited time frames for return trips made our time more stressful. We certainly hope to return for another stay.

GBSecurity needs to seem more interested… Security needs to seem more interested when a call is made with a problem. This pertains to night shift. Would also appreciate railing into private pools for those Of us that need assistance and stability - no matter age of person. What to people do that have mobile disabilities .?

GBScary but Great I love my experience but I found bed bugs. They handled it quickly. They gave me a nights refund but I think they should have added something else to this for pain and suffering.

FRGreat housing, bad services. The house is very nice, pool is great. However, there is clearly a problem with their service. The check-in office and housing services are 2 different entities, which makes everything complicated. Cleaning is NOT included, so you have to ask for it. Unfortunately, despite being an expensive service, we had to ask them to come back as it was far from being acceptable. We had to ask for pool cleaning to come back as well, since it has not been done properly neither. Finally, upon departure, we reported a lost item - a stroller, and we knew precisely where it has been forgotten. To my surprise, they came back telling me they did not find it. I believe they did not even search
