I have booked all my beach stay vacations through them and never had any issues. GBMost everything was great but,,,, Most everything was great. We had a misunderstanding where Treasure told me we had to sign another form about 3 days before checkin. There was a rush receiving these forms and emailing signed forms back to Treasure. Everything else was perfect! Thanks! This isn’t a complaint to Treasure but If someone could relay to the owners. We had trouble getting the living room DVD player to work. If someone could please have step by step written instructions on how to use the DVD player. Thanks!

GBBEWARE of this company BEWARE! There is a hurricane right now and the island has a mandated evacuation! We purchased the travel insurance and they still won’t reimburse. In the emails they have sent they expect us to sit on a will call basis and wait to see when they the evacuation is lifted, see if the house is intact! They will only let us file the claim if it is 4 or more days into the vacation. That means that we have to wait to drive 12 hrs to get there and then only have 3 days there and drive 13 hrs home! Terrible company and horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THEM!

GBThey cancelled our reservation!! My parents booked a condo at Topsail Dunes for the week of 7/13. My dad just received a phone call tonight (7/2), stating that the condo would not be ready in time due to damages and their reservation is canceled and told nothing else is available. The agent sent listings for places 4x the cost of the original condo. What terrible business considering it was NEVER mentioned it was even a possibility the condo would not be available.

GBWe had three issues with the rental… We had three issues with the rental property.....went to the office in Surf City and talked directly to a rep about them and was assured they would be taken care of immediately. 2 days later it took a second contact Treasure Realty to get the issues looked at. The first "face to face" was never put into the system by the rep. Other than not having anything "fixed" while we were there for the remainder of our rental period, we did have a great time not only on the property but at the beach and surrounding area as well.
