I enjoy working with Treasure reality I enjoy working with Treasure reality. Very honest, reliable, very informative company. I have booked all my beach stay vacations through them and never had any issues. Wether I had any questions or needing just to talk to any one there, they have always been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

Treasure Realty made our Spring Break… Treasure Realty made our Spring Break vacation a seamless experience. We've been to Topsail many times over the years, and this rental was our best yet. Everything was exactly as described and pictured online, and the Treasure team was great to work with, as always -- very friendly and responsive to our both pre-travel questions and on-site needs. We'll be back!

2404 Shore Dr. S. 2404 Shore Dr., South was our house. The AC unit does not cool the house, a guest got stuck in the elevator and maintenance helped get her out. Three story house and the elevator was NEVER fixed. The master bedroom wall leaked profusely down the wall into an outlet. Grill was filthy. Electrical outlet on porch was hanging out and very dangerous to all involved. Railing on the third floor porch was loose and very dangerous. Maintenance was told and never fixed it. Trash in the dunes, all plastic deck chairs broken. Floor filthy underneath furniture. Check in time moved up 1 hour without letting us know. We left a list of complaints with Treasure Realty when we left on Saturday. It is now Thursday an no one had contacted us nor will they answer our calls when we follow up. We have read several reviews which are very similar complaints. Very disappointing experience. We expected more for the amount we paid for this rental.

Most everything was great but,,,, Most everything was great. We had a misunderstanding where Treasure told me we had to sign another form about 3 days before checkin. There was a rush receiving these forms and emailing signed forms back to Treasure. Everything else was perfect! Thanks! This isn’t a complaint to Treasure but If someone could relay to the owners. We had trouble getting the living room DVD player to work. If someone could please have step by step written instructions on how to use the DVD player. Thanks!

Won’t rent that one again. In the past we have had excellent luck renting through Treasure Realty. This last rental should be more closely reviewed by Treasure. The central air was not working on the main floor and three room air conditioners were duct taped into the master bedroom and living room. They were noisy and running constantly....really disturbing for sleep. In addition when we arrived there was an old dirty stove/oven sitting in the main living room which they removed after we called on Monday. The microwave in the kitchen was rusted inside and was a mess...had to readjust the turntable every time we used it to get it to work. There was lots more about this property the was not on the level we have come to enjoy when using Treasure, but it’s too much to list here. We’ve been using Treasure for about six years and we’re very disappointed.
