GBBEWARE of this company BEWARE! There is a hurricane right now and the island has a mandated evacuation! We purchased the travel insurance and they still won’t reimburse. In the emails they have sent they expect us to sit on a will call basis and wait to see when they the evacuation is lifted, see if the house is intact! They will only let us file the claim if it is 4 or more days into the vacation. That means that we have to wait to drive 12 hrs to get there and then only have 3 days there and drive 13 hrs home! Terrible company and horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THEM!

GBThey cancelled our reservation!! My parents booked a condo at Topsail Dunes for the week of 7/13. My dad just received a phone call tonight (7/2), stating that the condo would not be ready in time due to damages and their reservation is canceled and told nothing else is available. The agent sent listings for places 4x the cost of the original condo. What terrible business considering it was NEVER mentioned it was even a possibility the condo would not be available.

GBThey made everything so easy to book They made everything so easy to book! Simple keyless entry and everything ready to enter and start our vacation! We are back again this year for another rental experience with them. My daughter also is renting as well as my sister, we are making this an annual experience!

GB2404 Shore Dr. S. 2404 Shore Dr., South was our house. The AC unit does not cool the house, a guest got stuck in the elevator and maintenance helped get her out. Three story house and the elevator was NEVER fixed. The master bedroom wall leaked profusely down the wall into an outlet. Grill was filthy. Electrical outlet on porch was hanging out and very dangerous to all involved. Railing on the third floor porch was loose and very dangerous. Maintenance was told and never fixed it. Trash in the dunes, all plastic deck chairs broken. Floor filthy underneath furniture. Check in time moved up 1 hour without letting us know. We left a list of complaints with Treasure Realty when we left on Saturday. It is now Thursday an no one had contacted us nor will they answer our calls when we follow up. We have read several reviews which are very similar complaints. Very disappointing experience. We expected more for the amount we paid for this rental.

GBAuto cancellation policy by Treasure Realty We have been renting with Treasure Realty for 14 years and this is the first time our rental got canceled. Apparently our deposit didn’t reach the office on time, but in 14 years we haven’t backed out of our agreement. We were able to re-apply for the same rental unit but had to wait the two days until we were able to reach them to be sure the unit was still available. A phone call would have been appreciated rather then to just cancel. Our travel plans had all been arranged.
